Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you will need to raise a return request within 15 days of receiving the delivery of the product.

 

Your item is eligible for return only if it is in same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide us a copy of the original invoice.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving. In case the product is defective or damaged, please inform us immediately.

 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of items on sale and special orders, such as personalised items.

 

Cooling off period of 15 days for the European Union

Beside the above conditions, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days. As mentioned earlier, your item is eligible for return only if it is in same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide us a copy of the original invoice.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
